The Carolina Panthers hosted the Atlanta Falcons last Sunday. The Falcons have narrow chances of making it to the playoffs. However, they put up one of their best performances of the season and beat their hosts with a very big margin. The game ended 29-3 in favor of the Falcons.
The Falcons dominated almost all the quarters. It is as such no surprise that they started the first quarter on top form. Y. Koo scored a 38-yard field goal in the first minutes of the game. M. Palardy then made a punt 57 yards into the field to find Barner who scored a touchdown.
The Falcons still continued to dominate the match during the second quarter. Y. Koo scored another field goal, this time from 23 yards out. Then Ollison scored a marvelous touchdown to give the visitors a bigger-margin lead.
Ryan made a short left pass to C. Ridley. Ridley caught the ball marvelously and proceeded to score a touchdown. The hosts still had not scored until this point.
Both teams got a field goal to wind up the match. Slyle scored from 31 yards out for the hosts. Y. Koo scored the last field goal for the visitors from 29 yards out. Stay tuned to get more match updates from week 11 of this season’s NFL.
