The Chicago Bears hosted and defeated the Detroit Lions over the weekend. That victory from week 10 of this season’s NFL ensured that the Bears ended their four-game losing streak. The game had few scoring chances as both teams had strong defenses.
The Bears never scored during the first quarter of the game. There were zero touchdowns as well during that first quarter. The Lions got the lead after a successful 22-yard field goal attempt by Prater.
The hosts doubled their lead after another successful field goal by Prater, this time from 54 yards out. Braunecker later scored a touchdown later during the match to give the hosts a lead.
The hosts got two touchdowns that sealed their win during the third quarter of the match. Gabriel and Cohen scored the touchdowns that ensured the hosts got a comfortable lead. The visitors never scored during that quarter of the game.
Driskel made an excellent throw deep inside the pitch to Golladay who caught the ball graciously. He ran down the end zone to score the only touchdown for the Lions during the night.
