The Indianapolis Colts hosted the Miami Dolphins over the weekend. The Dolphins were seeking to get another win to spice their winning streak. This was one of the low-scoring games over the weekend as it ended 16-12 in favor of the Dolphins.
It was a low-scoring quarter with zero touchdowns and only one field goal. Sanders scored the field goal from 47 yards out that ensured that the Dolphins took the lead.
This was yet another low-scoring quarter as only one touchdown was scored. Fitzpatrick scored the touchdown for the Dolphins which ensured that they extended their lead. The quarter ended with the hosts still having zero points.
Only the hosts scored during the third quarter of the game. Vinatieri scored two field goals from 25 and 39 yards to give the Colts their first points of the match. The visitors never scored during this quarter of the game.
The hosts got their first touchdown of the match during the final quarter. This was after Doyle caught Hoyer’s pass. Then, Sanders scored two field goals from 48 yards out to ensure that the visiting team won the game.
