The Dallas Cowboys traveled to the home of the New York Giants for their week 9 NFL campaign. The Monday evening match ended 37-18 in favor of the Cowboys. They started the match poorly but quickly improved to win it.
Both teams failed to get a touchdown during the first quarter of the game. The quarter ended in a 3-3 draw after successful field goals by both teams. Rosas scored the field goal for the Giants from 21 yards out. Maher scored the field goal for the Cowboys from 35 yards out.
The Cowboys managed to win the second quarter after an impressive show. This was after Maher’s 52-yard field goal and Jarwin’s touchdown. Earlier into the quarter, Rosas had scored from a 25-yard attempt for the hosts. Latimer had also gotten an impressive touchdown.
Maher scored a field goal from 28 yards out. Later on, Rosas scored for the home side from 26 yards out. None of the teams got a touchdown during the third quarter.
The Cowboys forcefully won the match during the final quarter after three successful touchdowns. Gallup, Cooper, and Dal scored the touchdowns. Early into the quarter, Rosas had scored from a 29-yard attempt.
