The San Francisco 49ers were on a rampage this past Sunday when they hosted the Carolina Panthers. They won the match 51-13. The embarrassing defeat for the Panthers put an end to the 4 game winning streak that they were on previously. The 49ers are still undefeated. 

Quarter 1 

The 49ers ensured their imposing win right from the start of the match. They won the first quarter with two touchdowns. E. Sanders and Coleman scored the two touchdowns for the home side in the first quarter. The visitors got a field goal from J. Style who made an attempt from 41 yards. 

Quarter 2 

Garroppolo scored a touchdown early into the second quarter to extend the lead for the hosts. T. Coleman added another touchdown later on in the quarter. The visitors never scored during that quarter. 

Quarter 3

Garoppolo was sucked in the hosts’ end zone during the third quarter leading to two safety points for the visitors. McCaffrey then scored a touchdown but the hosts extended their lead through two touchdowns from Coleman and Samuel. 

Quarter 4 

The hosts sealed the match in the final quarter which they completely dominated the scoreline. Gould first scored a field goal for them from 20 yards out. Then, Mostert scored a touchdown before the game ended.
