The Tennessee Titans took their chance to lead the AFC South by overcoming the Jacksonville Jaguars this past Sunday. The game ended in a 42-20 victory for the Titans.
Both teams started the match with solid defenses which led to zero scoring action during that first quarter. The quarter ended in a barren draw after numerous attacks were quelled.
Tannehill scrambled on the right end for 21 yards to score the first touchdown of the game. Later on, Lambo scored a 49-yard field goal for the Jaguars.
The Titans got four touchdowns which put them at a prime position to win the match. Kelly scored the first one while Henry scored two. Brown scored the other one in the final minutes of the third quarter. Fournette scored a touchdown for the Jaguars in the final as well just as the third quarter neared its end.
Fournette scored another field goal just as the fourth quarter started. Tannehill scored the last touchdown for the Titans later on. Lambo then scored from a 50-yard field goal attempt. The Patriots and the Cowboys also played last Sunday. Get all the highlights of their match in the next post.
