It was a one-sided affair when the Alabama Crimson Tide played host to the Western Carolina Catamounts. The Alabama team wrecked their Western Carolina counterparts 66-3. This was an incredible boost to their season’s chances.
Bulovas scored a 29-yard field goal early into the match for the Crimson Tide. Then, both DeVonta and Xavier got a touchdown each to extend the lead for the home side.
Three touchdowns helped the hosts extend their lead during the second quarter of the game. Brian Robinson scored the first one while Najee Harris got the second one. Then, Jaylen Waddle got the third touchdown of the quarter after catching Mac Jones’ pass.
The hosts scored three more touchdowns to push their lead against the seemingly-defenseless Western Carolina team. Najee, DeVonta, and Keilan Robinson each scored a touchdown during that third quarter.
Julian scored a field goal from 38 yards out for the Western Carolina Catamounts. Then, Jerome scored a final touchdown for the Crimson Tide. Next week, the Auburn Tigers play host to Crimson Tide. Stay tuned for their match highlights.
