The Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin Cajuns have enjoyed an excellent home record recently. For their week 15 tie, they traveled to the home of the Appalachian State Mountaineers. They failed to impress on the road as they fell to the Mountaineers 45-38.

Quarter 1

The Mountaineers showed that they had an intention of winning the game by playing incredibly well in the first quarter. They got three touchdowns as the visitors only managed to get one. Darrynton Evans core all the three touchdowns for the home team. Peter Leblanc scored the touchdown for the away side.

Quarter 2

Three touchdowns and a field goal ensured that the second quarter was highly entertaining. The hosts got two of the touchdowns while the away side got the other one and the field goal. Marcus and Daetrich scored for the home team. Elijah scored the touchdown for the away side while Stevie scored the 53-yard field goal.  

Quarter 3

Josh Thomas scored a touchdown for the Mountaineers. Later on, Bradley scored a marvelous touchdown on the other end for the visitors.

Quarter 4

Chandler Staton scored a 35-yard field goal for the home team. Then both Peter and Elijah each got a touchdown for the visitors. Stay tuned for updates from the Redhawks match against the Chippewas in the next post.
