The Indiana Hoosiers travelled to Nebraska during week 9 of the NCAA schedule. They faced the state’s Cornhuskers in a thrilling match that saw them emerge victorious. The final score was 38-31 in favor of the Hoosiers.
Noah Vedral scored two touchdowns in the first quarter to ensure that his team took the lead. Peyton Ramsey also got a touchdown on the opposite end zone for the Hoosiers. Logan Justus had also scored a 22-yard field goal.
Each of the teams got a touchdown in the second quarter of the game. Ty Fryfogle scored first for the Hoosiers. Then, Kanawai ensured that the Nebraska team stayed on top with a marvelous touchdown.
The Indiana Hoosiers overturned the match and took the lead during the third quarter. This was courtesy of two touchdowns from David Ellis and Matt Bjornson. The hosts only got a 30-yard field goal from Barret in that third quarter.
Each of the teams got a last touchdown in the final quarter. Stevie scored for the Hoosiers while Robinson scored for the home side. The Cornhuskers go against the Purdue Boilermakers in their next game. Stay tuned for that game’s highlights.
