The Tiger Sun bowl was also played out on New Years’ Eve. The game pitted the Sun Devils from Arizona State University against the Seminoles from Florida State University. It was a low-scoring affair won by the team from Arizona State University. The final score was 20-14.

Quarter 1

Christian Zendejas scored a 40-yard field goal during the first few minutes of the match. His successful attempt ensured that the Sun Devils took the lead which they capitalized on to win the game. 

Quarter 2

Christian Zendejas continued getting successful field goal attempts well into the second quarter of the game. He scored from 26 and 24 yards out to triple the lead for the Arizona State University team. All this while, the team’s defenses were very solid and had managed to keep their opposition’s attackers at bay.

Quarter 3

 The Seminoles scored for the first time during the third quarter of the game. This was courtesy of Wilson and Terry’s efforts. Each of the players got a touchdown to ensure that their team took the lead.

Quarter 4

 Christian got another field goal, this time from 34 yards out. Then, Willie Harts scored a touchdown to award his team, the Sun Devils the win. Stay tuned for highlights of the Arizona bowl in the next post.
