The Ohio State Buckeyes played the Wisconsin Badgers in their week 9 NCAA tie. They continued to show impressive form by demolishing the Badgers. They won the game 38-7 in front of an ecstatic home crowd. Up to now, they have not lost a single match.
Blake Haubeil and Chris Olave were the only scorers during the first quarter of the game. They pushed their team ahead with a 49-yard field goal and a touchdown respectively.
Both teams put up solid defenses in the second quarter of the game leading to numerous blocks. The quarter ended with most attacks being foiled and none of the teams scored the entire quarter.
The visitors were only able to get a touchdown during the third quarter of the game. This was through the efforts of A.J Taylor during the opening minutes of the quarter. However, the hosts still extended their lead by two touchdowns from Justin and Dobbins.
The hosts got two more touchdowns to cap their win during the final quarter. Olave and Dobbins got a touchdown each. The Buckeyes host the Maryland Terrapins in their next match. Catch their game highlights in the next post.
