The Wisconsin Badgers looked to keep their big ten hopes alive as they went into week 13 of this season’s NCAA. They hosted the Purdue Boilermakers for the game. They were also able to overpower them and win the game comfortably. The final score was 45-24.
Aaron and Jonathan each got a touchdown in the first quarter of the game. This helped to bolster the chances of the hosts controlling the game and win it. J.D. scored a 28-yard field goal on the other end for the Boilermakers.
Two quick touchdowns from Brycen Hopkins in the second quarter helped the visitors to get back in the game. However, the hosts got a touchdown and a field goal in the same quarter to regain control. Jack scored the touchdown while Zach scored the field goal from 62 yards out.
The hosts got two more touchdowns to establish a wider-margin lead in the third quarter. Garrett and Quintez each scored a touchdown in the early minutes of the quarter. Later on, David Bell scored a touchdown for the Boilermakers.
Mason Stokke scored the last touchdown of the game for the Badgers. The Badgers will be on the road next week against the Minnesota Golden Gophers. Stay tuned for highlights of their game.
